This residence is elevated upon the outcrop, in one of the most exclusive settings in the north of Sardinia. The sloping site offers fantastic views out over the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Our ongoing brief is to design a substantial new residence to the owner’s specifications within Sardinia’s waterfront zone and protected coastline. Through a careful study of the site’s topography and existing structures, illustrative design options have been devised to highlight the number of ways the redevelopment of the site could be approached.

Sensitive additions are placed carefully in the existing landscape, framing views of the site and creating new vistas. The priority in all approaches is to protect and enhance the unique qualities of the site and natural environment.
