Major mixed-use scheme planned near King’s Cross

We are delighted to share our ongoing involvement as residential architects at Royal College Place for Reef + Partners, a new mixed-use masterplan transforming a former Royal Mail Parcelforce facility between Camden Town and King’s Cross.

Working in close collaboration with masterplan and life sciences architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris and landscape architects East Landscape, we have been developing proposals for 127 high-quality homes centred around a communal green space.

Our two buildings — R1 and R2 — will provide a mix of social and intermediate rent homes, bringing affordable housing to this growing area of London.

The masterplan seeks to transform the underutilised site into a new destination within London’s Knowledge Quarter. The wider scheme will introduce 48,000 sqm of commercial space dedicated to science, technology and innovation, supporting around 3,240 jobs. New green spaces and improved pedestrian connections will knit the development into its surrounding neighbourhood.
